This is an amazing transformation by Brian who showed the ability to see through all the rubbish and imagine what a renovation could do to this house. Buying the worst house in the street can certainly make you a great profit, but ensure like Brian, that you too factor in all the extra costs involved in stripping out a hoarders house.
Brian had to wear protective clothing just to inspect the home. Seeing one room gives an idea of what he was dealing with. The pictures paint a thousand words, but can you image the smell with so much rotting rubbish. Its such a sad story when someone need to hold onto everything, collecting anything and destroying their home sanctuary.
FRONT ENTRY

KITCHEN
Keeping the same layout saves money. New cabinets, fittings and fixtures and a neutral paint scheme makes a huge transformation to this kitchen.

Just Look At Those Cobwebs

BATHROOM
How did the original occupant ever use this bathroom.

BEDROOM

LIVING ROOM
Imagine if there was a fire in this hoarders house.

EXTERIOR
New decking, paint work, greenery and frames around windows changes the look of the property completely.

Brian made a $200k profit on this hoarders house renovation and no, he didn’t do the dirty work himself. He had a team attend, who had to wear Hazmat suits due to the risk of contamination from the refuse. Well done we say, for seeing the potential in a home that most people would have run a mile or ten from.
