Lovely ideas! My personal favorite is the one with rough rock walls and a rock pathway. It looks like a modern enchanted forest, perfect for kids’ playtime or an all-adult outdoor party.

I totally agree that it all takes a little creativity and imagination to transform a plain backyard into something wonderful and inspired.

Great ideas! Good landscape design takes advantage of the natural terrain. Sometimes your backyard plays directly into your design plans, making it more unique. I like the idea of using a sloping terrain for children’s slides as an alternative and playful pathway through the backyard.
